Deestroying, aka Donald De La Haye, originally played football for UCF (University of Central Florida) but later in his college career had to choose between college football or venture into YouTube. As most of his fans know, he chose to pursue his career as a YouTuber who mainly makes videos on football.
For the last couple of years, he did multiple events and went to a lot of high school football games around America. These events were some of the best content that his channel has.
The majority of events he has are 1-on-1, and he gathers people for these events. These events take place around America. Deestroying gives a reward to the person who takes first place in every event. Most of the time, the prize is cash.
The majority of high school football games he went to were schools that got a lot of attention because of their football program being so good. But he also went to a lot of unpopular high school games, some of them are people that have never been heard of.
Some people may not know, but Deestroying has helped a lot of underrated athletes get scholarships because of his YouTube videos.
Deestroying has done a lot for the high school football community around the world, but he never took his mind off the main goal of becoming a professional football player.
Back in January, Deestroying’s dream finally came true, and he was drafted to the Bahamas, a professional UFL team.
Most of his fans know that Deestroying is more than good enough to be a kicker in the NFL, but the reason he isn’t able to play in the NFL leads back to him choosing to be a YouTuber over college football. Because of his lack of college football experience, he is unable to play or get drafted into the NFL.
